Authorization request form for non-PhD work
Permission to work for any kind of paid activities, no matter how many times throughout your PhD, and if for the same or a different employer than UNITN, must be granted by the doctorate program before the work begins.

This process is necessary up until the day you graduate, which, in case there are any doubts, is until the day in which you discuss your thesis.

2. Fermo restando l’impegno a tempo pieno, sono, inoltre, compatibili con il Dottorato di Ricerca, subordinatamente all’autorizzazione del Collegio dei Docenti, sentito il supervisore le seguenti attività, anche retribuite:
a) tirocinio pratico professionale;
b) limitata attività lavorativa esterna che consenta di acquisire competenze concernenti l'ambito formativo del Dottorato.
Internship authorization request form
Internships at the Doctorate of Cognitive and Brain Sciences are generally optional and are not mandatory for the purpose of obtaining your PhD.
However, in some cases, it is strongly recommended, or, depending on certain PhD scholarships, mandatory.
In this case it is necessary to fill out the following form, with your supervisor's support, and email it to phd.cimec at unitn.it at least 1 month before the internship begins.
