The innovative PhDigital management system was developed in 2022-2023 with the resources of the Center promoting the Doctorate, the CIMeC. Activated in beta version in the year 2021-2022, PhDigital has two main features: on the one hand, it makes it easier for students, members of the College and the administration to control and implement the workflow. For example, it remembers the various deadlines and facilitates the automatic management of student documents or curricula. On the other hand, PhDigital is also a repository, with relative automatic reminders, for entering all the activities of doctoral students concerning their doctoral path. For example, in the Logs section, doctoral students keep track of their meetings with their supervisors, their seminar activities (both as speakers and as listeners), and their participation in the life of the institute, which from this year also includes the inclusion of third mission activities.
