Public Tools

The following is a list of public tools developed at the MR lab to process neuroimaging data.

• Tool to sort Siemens dicom files and convert them to nifti (matlab tool)
• Tool to automatically detect and correct EEG artifacts using spatial and temporal features (EEGLAB plugin)
• ASF: A Simple Framework for behavioral and neuroimaging experiments based on the Psychophysics Toolbox for Matlab (matlab tool)
• Tool for the calculation of MRI field maps from multi-channel phase arrays, e.g. for the distortion correction of EPI. (matlab tool)]
